Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- 1. IT Asset Management
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses).




- Track procurement, allocation, and lifecycle of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchases, repairs, and warranties.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
- 2. Technical Support
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- 3. Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
- 4. Desktop Support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance.
- 5. Windows System Support
- Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems.
- Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates.
