1. Job Purpose

To ensure accurate weighing, recording, and monitoring of all inbound and outbound materials at the crusher plant, while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with operations, dispatch, and accounts teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Weighbridge Operations
- Operate weighbridge system for all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Ensure accurate weight capture (Gross / Tare / Net).
- Issue weighment slips for every transaction.

B. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain daily weighbridge register (manual/system-based).
- Record vehicle number, supplier/customer details, material type, and weight.
- Ensure proper filing of weigh slips and reports.

C. Inward & Outward Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Security for vehicle entry/exit
- Loading operators for dispatch
- Purchase/Stores for inward materials
- Verify delivery challans, purchase orders, and dispatch details.

D. System Entry & Reporting
- Enter all transactions in ERP / Excel system.
- Prepare and submit:
- Daily weighment report
- Dispatch summary




- Material inward report
- Share reports with HO (Head Office) on a daily basis.

E. Compliance & Control
- Prevent unauthorized vehicle movement or material discrepancies.
- Ensure no manipulation or duplication of weighment records.
- Follow SOPs for weighbridge operations.

F. Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure weighbridge is clean and functional.
- Report any technical issues immediately.
- Coordinate with maintenance/vendor for calibration.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of weighment (Zero error tolerance)
- Timely report submission
- No revenue leakage / pilferage
- System vs physical reconciliation accuracy
- Vehicle turnaround time

4. Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Diploma
- Experience: 1-3 years in weighbridge operations (Crusher / Mining / Logistics preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP systems)

5. Skills Required
- Attention to detail
- Basic numerical acc
