Experience: 1-3 years (Experience in branded electricals preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and provide expert guidance on Legrand & Havells lighting and electrical products:
- Demonstrate premium products like modular switches, smart home solutions, decorative lighting, fans, and wiring accessories:
- Understand customer requirements and suggest high-end, suitable solutions
- Explain product features, brand benefits, warranty, and pricing
- Upsell and cross-sell premium products to increase billing value
- Achieve monthly showroom sales targets
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation as per brand standards




- Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
- Build solid customer relationships for repeat business

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of Legrand / Havells products (or similar premium brands)
- Sales and customer handling skills
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

Pay: ₹10,075.82 - ₹37,430.81 per month
