Role Overview

We’re looking for a mid-level Video Editor who can handle end-to-end editing independently while maintaining speed, quality, and brand consistency.

This role is execution-heavy. You’ll be working on high-volume content pipelines across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Ads, Shorts) at scale
- Work on long-form content (YouTube, brand films)
- Handle color correction, sound balancing, and basic motion graphics:
- Deliver edits within 24-72 hour turnaround timelines:
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams
- Manage revisions and client feedback efficiently

Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in:




- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Working knowledge of:
- After Effects (motion graphics, titles)
- Understanding of:
- Storytelling, pacing, and retention hooks
- Social media formats (Instagram, YouTube, ads)
- Export optimization for multiple platforms

AI Editing (Strong Advantage)
- Experience with tools like:
- Runway / Descript
- AI-based:
- Subtitles
- Auto-cutting
- Content repurposing
- Ability to speed up workflows using AI
