Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who is comfortable working on-ground, meeting potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through direct outreach. This is a highly active role requiring regular field visits and local networking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit offices, business hubs, and industrial areas to generate leads
- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and company information
- Explain our services (staffing, recruitment, hiring solutions) to potential clients
- Build relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Collect client requirements and share with internal team
- Maintain daily reporting of visits, leads, and follow-ups
- Support in local marketing campaigns and promotions

What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with field work and outdoor sales




- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to interact with business owners and HR teams

Eligibility:
- 0-2 years of experience in sales / marketing / field work
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
