Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement organically:
- Create trend-based content ideas to boost reach and visibility
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interaction
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and campaigns
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers growth)
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management
- Proven ability to increase followers and engagement on social media platforms:
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and branding
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines

Pay: ₹22,086.00 - ₹25,306.26 per month
