Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Education Counselors who are passionate about guiding students and working professionals in choosing the right academic programs to achieve their career goals.
In this role, you will interact with prospective students,
understand their educational background and career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable distance and online education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries and leads generated through digital marketing and other marketing channels
- Understand the student’s academic background, work experience, and career goals
- Provide accurate guidance regarding suitable distance and online education programs
- Counsel students and working professionals on available education options
- Follow up with prospective students to support them through the admission process
- Maintain regular communication with leads until conversion
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for students from inquiry to admission
