The Role

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be a Growth Catalyst, responsible for both outbound hunting and handling incoming interest. You will identify business owners and founders who need better digital visibility and show them how our tech-first approach scales revenue.
- Work Mode: Hybrid / WFO (Work from Office)
- Location: Akurli Road, Kandivali East, Mumbai
- Compensation: ₹30,000 Fixed + Aggressive Sales Incentives
- Experience: 1-3 years in B2B Sales (Agency or Tech experience preferred)
- Schedule:



Monday - Friday & Alternate Saturdays

Roles & Responsibilities
- Inbound Lead Management: Promptly call and qualify leads generated through our automated systems and marketing channels.
- Lead Qualification: Research prospects to ensure they are a right fit before scheduling discovery calls.
- AI-Assisted Sales: Utilize AI tools to research prospects, craft personalized messages, and improve communication efficiency.
- Consultative Pitching: Identify a prospect’s pain points (e.g., slow site speed, poor ranking) and explain how AdsCult’s solutions solve them.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of conversations and follow-ups using our internal tracking systems/CRM.

Must-Have Skills
- Sharp Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English. You must be able to hold a professional conversation with a CEO.
