Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization
- Monitor website traffic and performance

2. Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Focus on ROI-driven strategies and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign performance and improve conversions

3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage company presence on social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
- Create and schedule engaging posts
- Build brand awareness and audience engagement

4. B2B Lead Generation




- Identify potential clients and maintain outreach pipelines

5. Content Marketing
- Write blogs, website content, and case studies
- Create compelling marketing copies for ads and campaigns
- Align content strategy with business goals
- Track open rates, click rates, and conversions

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Solid communication and content writing skills
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation
- Basic analytics and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Internship or 6-12 months of experience in digital marketing
