Position: Safety Supervisor

Location: PUNE

Department: Operations / Projects

Reporting To: Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations at project sites. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, minimizing workplace hazards, and promoting a culture of safety across all ongoing interior and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day safety practices at site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure all workers follow PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for workers.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with corrective measures.
- Coordinate with project managers to implement safety improvements.
- Ensure statutory compliance with local labor and safety laws.




- Maintain first-aid readiness and emergency response procedures.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Safety Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in construction/interior site safety.
- Knowledge of OSHA / local safety regulations.
- Robust observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle site workers and enforce discipline professionally.

Preferred Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting formats.
- Certification in Fire Safety / First Aid (added advantage).

Pay: ₹11,877.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

Experience:
- Safety office from civil : 3 years (required)
