This initiative aims to transform government schools into Model Schools by improving infrastructure, fostering innovation, and creating inclusive learning environments through:
- Model School Development
- Community Engagement
- Learning on Wheels (Education at Doorsteps)
- Focus on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN)
- Establishment of Community Learning Centres (CLCs)





Role Overview

As a School Coordinator, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of project activities across schools and community spaces. You will ensure effective implementation of program components in schools and Community Learning Centres under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Coordination & Implementation
- Support execution of project plans within assigned schools
- Coordinate with teachers, principals, and school staff
- Assist in strengthening classroom practices and foundational learning
- Monitor school-level progress and learning activities
- Facilitate integration of program interventions within schools

Community Learning Centre (CLC) Activities
- Support setup and day-to-day functioning of Community Learning Centres
- Conduct age-appropriate learning sessions focusing on foundational learning
- Organize remedial classes, bridge courses, and act
