Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions (Developers, Testers, Designers, Digital Marketers, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-2.5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Excellent communication and presentable skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
