Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and provide personalized styling advice
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Handle billing, POS operations, and basic inventory tracking
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Coordinate with backend team for stock and order requirements

Requirements:
- Age: 25 to 40 years
- Language: Must speak English and Tamil fluently:
- Prior experience in retail sales (fashion/lifestyle preferred)




- Good grooming and professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of fashion or willingness to learn

Preferred:
- Experience in premium retail / luxury segment
- Knowledge of men’s styling (ties, suits, accessories)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
