Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Real Estate) located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, showcasing and selling residential and commercial properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand their property requirements, staying updated on market trends, and maintaining accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills,



including the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships
- Marketing and promotional skills to enhance property visibility and attract potential buyers
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including client engagement and relationship management
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and knowledge of the Pune Division's property landscape
- Organizational skills for managing listings, appointments, and sales documentation
- Proficiency in real estate software/tools and basic computer skills
- Valid real estate license (as per local regulations) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
