We are looking for an Field Executive (Agronomist) for the Organic/Contract Farming Group

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Roles and Responsibilities:
*Prepare crop-specific regenerative growing plansTrain field staff and provide farmer advisory services

Lead and support on-ground implementation of regenerative methods

Work on Demo farm: planning, experimenting & monitoring results

Manage and improve bioinput formulations and quality control

Conduct and learn basic lab tests (e.g., Brix, Active Carbon, Soil Respiration)Collect field samples, support biological testing, and lead knowledge sessions

*Qualification and Experience :* Master’s in Agri-science, Environmental Science, or Microbiology

3+ years of experience with farmers and in regenerative agri practices

Analytical mindset, robust collaboration, and a learning attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
