Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Guide parents and students about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and offerings
- Conduct school tours and explain key highlights effectively
- Follow up with prospective parents to support the admission process
- Maintain records of enquiries and admissions
- Work towards achieving monthly admission targets
- Support admission events and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Valuable understanding of the education sector and school admission processes
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
- Ability to build trust with parents and handle queries confidently
- Organized and proactive in follow-ups
