Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Vivek Music Academy)

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate leads, manage platforms like JustDial & Google, handle enquiries, and convert them into paid admissions. This role is a mix of sales, digital marketing, and ground-level outreach.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Platforms
- Manage and optimize JustDial, Google Business, and other listing platforms
- Generate daily enquiries through online platforms and local marketing
- Identify and onboard recent lead sources (UrbanPro, Sulekha, Facebook groups, etc.)

2. Enquiry Handling & Conversions
- Call and follow up with all incoming leads
- Convert enquiries into paid students through proper counselling
- Maintain lead database and track conversion ratios
- Execute structured follow-up system (calls + WhatsApp)

3. Digital Marketing & SEO
- Work on basic SEO for Google visibility (keywords, reviews, local ranking)
- Coordinate content for social media (Instagram,



WhatsApp, etc.)
- Improve online presence and generate inbound leads

4. School & Offline Outreach
- Connect with schools, societies, and local communities
- Pitch and schedule free workshops and masterclasses
- Generate leads through on-ground activations

5. Reporting & Accountability
- Share daily/weekly reports on:
- Leads generated
- Calls made
- Conversions
- Platform performance

Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset (must be comfortable closing deals)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & SEO
- Experience with platforms like JustDial, Google Business, or similar
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups

Preferred Experience
- 1-3 years in sales, counselling, or marketing
- Experience in education, coaching institutes, or academies is a plus
