Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early years curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
- Observe and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records of progress.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote effective communication and social development in children.
- Ensure a clean, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for teaching and early childhood development.
- Compassionate, patient,



and nurturing demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge of early years frameworks and child safeguarding practices.
