Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily match production activities (splint cutting, dipping, drying, packing).
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Assign tasks and monitor worker performance.
- Maintain discipline and attendance during shifts.
- Enforce strict safety procedures, especially when handling flammable materials.
- Conduct regular quality checks to minimize defects.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
- Ensure proper use and storage of raw materials.
- Maintain daily production and shift reports.

Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in match manufacturing or similar industry.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in factories.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
