Job Title: Lab Operator - GC/MS (Essential Oils Industry)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain GC and GC-MS instruments for analysis of essential oils and aromatic compounds.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples.
- Prepare samples, standards, and reagents as per SOPs.
- Interpret chromatograms and mass spectra accurately.
- Ensure calibration and routine maintenance of lab instruments.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports.
- Follow safety protocols and lab compliance standards.
- Assist in method development and validation when required.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for sample testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,



Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in GC and MS operation.
- Knowledge of essential oils, fragrances, or flavor compounds preferred.
- Familiarity with chromatographic techniques and lab equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of ISO, GMP, or quality standards.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in essential oils or aroma chemical industry.
- Understanding of international quality standards (IFRA, ISO, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot GC/MS instruments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
