Job Title: Quality Executive / Quality Inspector (Plastic Moulding)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of plastic moulded parts
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards:
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.:
- Identify defects such as sink marks, warpage, flash, short moulding, etc.:
- Maintain quality records, reports, and inspection logs:
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to ISO quality standards and company policies:
- Support in customer audits and internal audits:
- Monitor rejection rates and work on continuous improvement

Required Skills:




- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding process:
- Understanding of quality tools (7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA)
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards:
- Positive observation and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualification:
- Diploma / Any Graduation
- Experience:3-6 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
