Job Title: Accounts Payable & Data Entry Executive
Location: Panchkula
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification and payment entries
- Perform accurate data entry in accounting software and MS Excel
- Maintain and update financial records and vendor details
- Assist in processing bills, invoices, and expense reports
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for payment-related queries
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and data entry
- knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle routine tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
