Job Summary:
Sharvi Info LLP is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Support Executives to handle US-based customer interactions. The role involves managing customer queries, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow company communication guidelines and scripts
- Meet quality standards and performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)




- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Positive attitude and quick learning ability

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center (US Voice Process) is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based

Additional Requirement:
- Laptop can be provided by the company at a charge of ₹800 per month

Monday to Friday
