- Counsel and guide students for appearing for interview line ups
- Clarify doubts and provide complete information regarding the interview process based on the JD shared
- Follow up with interested aspirants and maintain regular communication until closure.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and status updates in the CRM/system.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Executing CNT session - Conduct structured CNT session with students/aspirants to understand their background, goals, and challenges.
- Identify the aspirant's career aspirations, educational needs, and gaps through active listening and effective questioning.
- Provide transparent and personalized guidance based on the aspirant’s interests, academic background, and career objectives.
- Recommend suitable courses/programs/services aligned with the aspirant’s needs.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism during calls to build trust and rapport.
- Accurately document session details, insights, and outcomes.




- Follow up with aspirants post-session to assist with decision-making.
- Meet daily/weekly session and conversion targets as per organizational goals.

Placement & joining follow up of aspirants who are lined up for interviews across domain-
- Coordinate with aspirants who are scheduled for interviews across different job roles and sectors.
- Maintain accurate records of interview line-ups, results, offers, and joining status in the system
- Coordinate with placement officers or domain-specific teams to meet placement targets and timelines.
- Share daily/weekly placement and joining status reports with relevant stakeholders.

Data Maintainance -
- Coordinate with placement coordinators, counselors, and recruiters to collect and verify information.
- Generate and share daily/weekly reports related to interviews, sessions, and placement status with stakeholders.
