Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Bitrix24 CRM based on client requirements
- Customize modules, workflows, and business processes within Bitrix24
- Handle data migration, system setup, and user onboarding
- Provide client training and demonstrations:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain proper documentation of implementations and processes
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, development, support)

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 implementation:
- Solid knowledge of CRM concepts and workflow automation:
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and webhooks:
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
