Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor API plant equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration units as per standard procedures.
- Execute batch manufacturing activities in compliance with BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Handle charging of raw materials, solvents, and intermediates carefully while maintaining defined process parameters like temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
- Perform routine in-process checks and coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for sampling and approvals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including logbooks, batch records, and equipment usage logs, ensuring compliance with GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices).
- Follow strict safety guidelines, including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous chemicals and solvents.
- Support cleaning, changeover, and preventive maintenance activities of plant equipment.




- Identify and report any process deviations, abnormalities, or equipment issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to plant discipline at all times.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Pharma API manufacturing plants is mandatory.
- ITI qualification in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) is required.
- Strong understanding of chemical processes, equipment handling, and plant operations.
- Familiarity with GMP guidelines, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and a responsible work attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
