Profile :Filling, Sealing & Packaging Machine Operator

Job Summary:Responsible for operating and maintaining filling, sealing, and packaging machines to ensure smooth production, product quality, and minimum downtime
Key Responsibilities:
Operate filling, sealing, and packaging machines as per approved SOPs.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, and adjustments based on batch requirements.
- Ensure accurate filling, proper sealing, and correct packaging as per specifications.
- Monitor in-process quality parameters (weight, sealing quality, batch coding, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area as per GMP guidelines. - Record production data, batch details,



and machine parameters as well as rejected quantity in log book.
- Identify machine issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
- Minimize rejection, leakage, and material wastage during operation.
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

- 8 am to 5 pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
