About the Role

This role requires close collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to execute campaign briefs and scale content production using AI-based video generation and voice-over tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging reels, shorts, explainer videos, and informational content
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and execute creative briefs
- Use AI video generation tools (text-to-video, AI avatars, automated subtitles, voice-over sync) to scale content output
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and basic animations
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during shoots
- Manage content storage, organization, and timely delivery
- Maintain brand consistency across all video assets

Skills & Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in video shooting and editing
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects,



or similar tools
- Strong visual storytelling and content structuring skills
- Experience with AI-based video creation and voice-over tools:
- Positive understanding of social media platforms, video formats, and current trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Portfolio/showreel showcasing reels, shorts, and informational videos is mandatory

Good to Have
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Experience creating thumbnails, social creatives, and basic brand assets
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
