Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, sponsors, artists, and collaborators.
- Explain company services including film production, ad shoots, music videos, casting, and event coverage.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales and production team.
- Follow up on inquiries received through social media, website, or referrals.
- Maintain a database of contacts and update call records regularly.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the management team.
- Handle basic client queries regarding pricing, packages, and services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English required).
- Confident,



persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Interest in media, films, or entertainment industry is a plus.
