Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team at SKY TECH APP SOLUTION. You will be the first point of contact for new clients and responsible for guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional start to their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new clients and introduce them to SKY TECH’s services and processes
- Collect and verify client requirements, documents, and project details
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, sales) to ensure timely onboarding
- Set up client profiles, logins, and necessary tools for communication and project tracking
- Schedule meetings, demos, and training sessions as required
- Maintain regular communication with clients during the onboarding phase
- Ensure client satisfaction during initial engagement and handoff to project team
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activity in CRM or internal tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online project platforms
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a client-facing or support role
- Basic understanding of web and app development processes
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Hindi and English communication proficiency
