We are hiring Customer Care Executives (CCE) for an International Outbound Voice Process (Website Process).
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients
- Explain website-related services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain call quality and basic call records
Eligibility & Requirements
- Higher Secondary (H.S.) pass or above (English medium mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in international outbound calling / website process preferred
- Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift & Working Days
- Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday
