Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Provide accurate information about company products/services
- Handle basic customer queries in a professional manner
- Maintain call records and update data in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and qualified behavior
- Ability to work in a team environment
