Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff; create duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas using checklists to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Operations & Inventory: Monitor inventory, order cleaning supplies/linen, and ensure equipment is maintained.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily reports, manage lost and found, and handle staff scheduling.
- Guest Service: Address guest complaints promptly and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
