Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule biometric and submission appointments through authorized centers such as VFS Global
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and embassy guidelines, including those from the U.S. Embassy and UK Visas and Immigration
- Create informative and engaging content (reels, videos, posts) related to tourist visas and travel guidance
- Manage and grow social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Generate quality leads through digital content and convert inquiries into successful clients
- Maintain high approval rates and excellent client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tourist visa counseling
- Strong knowledge of visa documentation and embassy procedures
- Excellent communication and counseling skills
- Basic video shooting skills
- Confident personality with positive presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and meet targets
