Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency of team members.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment.
- Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams.
- Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
