Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery designs
- Explain product details including metal purity, diamond quality, jadau settings, pricing, and ongoing offers
- Maintain updated knowledge of gold, diamond, silver collections and market price trends
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Handle customer queries and objections effectively
- Support billing coordination and payment processes
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of jewellery showcases
- Assist with inventory management, stock checking, and product tagging
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business




- Follow company security policies for handling high-value jewellery items

- Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
- Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory systems)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
