We are seeking an experienced Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support US, EP, PCT, and multi‑jurisdiction patent prosecution for global clients. The role involves managing prosecution formalities, docketing deadlines, and coordinating with foreign associates and attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US, EP, PCT, and foreign patent prosecution formalities:
- Manage PCT filings and national phase entries:
- Prepare and review Power of Attorney, assignments, declarations, and related documents
- Docket and monitor global prosecution deadlines:
- Coordinate with foreign associates and internal attorneys:
- Maintain accurate prosecution records and status reports
- Bachelor’s degree in science / engineering / technology
- 5+ years experience in patent prosecution support
- Robust knowledge of EPO and PCT procedures:
- Experience with IP docketing systems
- Excellent attention to detail
