Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Operational Execution: Carry out batch charging, processing, and cleaning activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Equipment Handling: Operate and monitor production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, and dryers, reporting any issues to senior operators.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time documentation and batch records to ensure data integrity.
- In-process Checks: Perform basic, routine in-process quality checks.
- Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness in the production area and manage change parts/sieves.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry,
- Experience: Fresher (0-1 years).
- Skills: Strong understanding of chemical processes, good communication,



ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), and teamwork.
- Location: High demand in chemical manufacturing hubs, such as Vapi and Vadodara, Gujarat.
