About the Role

This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and an understanding of fashion e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace & Website Management
- Manage end-to-end operations on Shopify and marketplace platforms (TataCliq, AJIO, Myntra, etc.)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, pricing)
- Ensure catalog accuracy, high-quality images, and brand consistency
- Monitor product visibility and ensure proper category mapping

Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate stock updates and prevent overselling or stock-outs
- Track order processing, dispatch timelines, and returns
- Work closely with warehouse/logistics partners for smooth fulfillment
- Monitor cancellation and return rates and take corrective action

Performance & Sales Analysis
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, sell-through rate, AOV, and ROI
- Identify slow-moving inventory and suggest promotional strategies




- Plan discounting and pricing strategies in coordination with management

Promotions & Campaign Management
- Manage platform campaigns, sales events, and deal participation
- Coordinate banner uploads, campaign creatives, and offers
- Ensure timely participation in marketplace marketing events
- Optimize product ranking and search visibility

Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with marketplace account managers
- Coordinate with design, cataloging, and marketing teams
- Handle platform queries, compliance updates, and policy changes

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably men’s apparel)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and major fashion marketplaces (AJIO, Myntra, TataCliq, etc.)
- Solid understanding of catalog management and marketplace compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
