Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and project details.
- Ensure polite, professional, and effective communication with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (real estate experience preferred).




- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and calling software handling skills.
