Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales & Collection targets in assigned territory through dealer network
- Appoint and develop Primary & Secondary Channel Partners
- Expand distribution in retail counters, sub-dealers, and end users
- Execute sales promotions and company schemes
- Maintain strong dealer & customer relationships
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing functions
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset
- Willing to travel extensively
