Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Provide professional counselling for study abroad, work visas, and immigration options
- Explain visa eligibility, documentation requirements, and processing timelines
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Career Counsellor or Visa Counsellor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of visa categories (Study / Work / Tourist preferred)
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
