About the Role

We are looking for a Student Counselor / Telecaller to handle inbound leads, communicate with prospects, and convert them into students/admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Explain course details clearly and professionally
- Guide prospects through the admission process
- Maintain CRM records and daily follow-up reports
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets

Requirements:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Solid persuasion and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and confident
- Graduation in any stream

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
