Position Details

Key Responsibilities

Office Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Ensure proper arrangement of furniture and office equipment
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of washrooms and pantry area

Support Services:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for client presentations and internal meetings
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and printing of documents as required
- Organize and file documents as directed by office staff

Administrative Support:




- Deliver documents and parcels to various departments or external locations when needed
- Collect and distribute incoming mail, courier, and packages
- Assist in organizing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Run errands for office requirements such as stationery, office supplies, and other necessities

General Duties:
- Open and close the office premises as per schedule
- Assist visitors and guide them to appropriate departments
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure proper functioning of office amenities (water dispenser, air conditioning, lights, etc.)
- Any other duties assigned by management

Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 10th pass (Matriculation)
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Age: 18-35 years
