Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their health concerns, and recommending suitable ayurvedic products from the Cure Ayurvedic range to help improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls with interested customers
- Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable proprietory medicine
- Explain product benefits, usage, and treatment plans clearly and ethically
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads, confirm orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and company policies

Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience preferably in the same industry

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
