Job Overview

TEAM7 Builder is looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor & Social Media Executive to manage our complete digital content workflow. The role involves on-site video shooting, editing, and handling all social media platforms to build a robust and consistent online presence for our brand.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on content creation, video storytelling, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities

Video Shooting & Editing
- Capture videos at company project sites (progress updates, walkthroughs, team activities)
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and Facebook
- Add music, text overlays, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Ensure videos follow brand guidelines and quality standards

Social Media Management
- Handle end-to-end management of all social media channels
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently
- Write simple and engaging captions
- Monitor engagement, comments,



and basic performance metrics
- Stay updated with current social media trends and formats

Content Planning
- Coordinate with the internal team to plan content ideas
- Maintain a content calendar
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content

Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in video editing and basic videography
- Familiarity with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form content
- Ability to travel to on-site locations when required
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Own laptop and mobile phone is preferred
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio is an added advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling social media pages
- Basic knowledge of content performance and audience engagement
- Portfolio or sample work is highly preferre
