Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCE / D.El.Ed / NTT / Montessori / Preschool Education)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / English Literature is an added advantage
- Certifications or training in Phonics / Early Literacy / Language Development are a plus
- Strong understanding of phonics, vocabulary development, sentence formation, and reading-readiness for young learners
- Expertise in English language concepts at Pre-Primary and early Primary level (CBSE / ICSE)
- 2-4 years of classroom teaching experience as a Pre-Primary / Kindergarten / Early Years teacher
- Proficiency and fluency in spoken, written, and reading English
- Strong grasp of language acquisition principles for children aged 3-8 years
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities, stories, rhymes, and assessments
- Familiarity with CBSE / NEP 2020 / NCF / NCF-FS guidelines for foundational stages




- Acute attention to detail and classroom consistency
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with parents and staff
- Willingness to relocate to Gandhinagar, Gujarat
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and high teaching and classroom-quality standards

Responsibilities:
- Teaching English and early literacy skills to Pre-Primary students (Nursery to Grade 2)
- Planning and delivering phonics-based lessons, storytelling sessions, rhymes, and vocabulary activities
- Supporting reading readiness, listening, speaking, and early writing skills
- Aligning classroom teaching with NEP 2020 and foundational literacy frameworks
- Creating and using age-appropriate worksheets, learning aids, and classroom resources
- Observing, assessing, and documenting student learning and progress
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment
