Job Title: Outdoor Media Operations & Buying Executive

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor media, branding, or a similar field

Salary: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute outdoor media campaigns (hoardings, kiosks, mall branding, events, etc.)

Manage on-ground branding operations and ensure timely execution

Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and installation teams

Supervise branding quality, placement, and compliance with brand guidelines

Handle site visits, measurements, and reporting

Maintain campaign documentation, photographs, and MIS reports

Support event and activation branding requirements





Ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to outdoor media activities

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in outdoor media operations & branding

Graduate (minimum qualification)

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Good coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects

Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local outdoor media vendors and permissions

Basic understanding of branding materials and printing processes

Willingness to travel for site inspections and execution

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
