Samar Jewels is a leading 925 silver jewellery manufacturing company. We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Caller / Telecaller to handle client communication and support our sales and business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain our jewellery manufacturing services and product details clearly
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments
- Maintain call records and customer data accurately
- Coordinate with the sales and production team for smooth communication
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:




- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Bengali is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer handling
- Ability to speak confidently and professionally on calls
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience as a caller or telecaller is an advantage
