Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production processes: cutting, stitching, printing, finishing & packing
- Ensure timely achievement of production targets
- Monitor manpower, machines, and material availability
- Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Maintenance teams
- Prepare daily production reports and documentation
- Ensure smooth workflow and on-time dispatch readiness
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in relevant field
- 2-5 years experience in jute/têxtile/packaging industry
- Solid leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Production Executive: 1 year (required)
